  • If anyone tries to create an account in my name on the website WWW.OOTAY.CO.UK, what happens?
    To create an account on the website OOTAY.CO.UK, you need to enter your name and postal address. Your password for accessing OOTAY services is sent to you by post. This prevents any unauthorised use of your identity.
 
  • I am registered in the list of the mobile phones located by OOTAY, how do I cancel the location of my mobile phone ?
    You must send an SMS from your mobile phone with the message « STOP » to OOTAY ‘s cancellation number, or by sending back the SMS you receive at each location.
 
  • I have just received a notification SMS indicating that I am registered on OOTAY to be located, how much time do I have to validate this registration ?
    As long as you have not sent an SMS with the message « OK » with your mobile phone, it will not be possible to locate your mobile phone.
 
  • I have just located one of my children but his mobile phone was switched off, will I be charged for location ?
    No. No charges will be deducted !
 
  • My child has just stopped the location of his mobile phone, how do I locate him again ?
    You must choose the heading « Add a child» in your OOTAY account and follow the same procedure as before
